DISCLAIMER:  I/We, the undersigned, do herby agree to abide by all club rules and by-laws. I also the risk of injury while participating in ATV/UTV events sponsored by Lake Tomahawk ATV/UTV Club or on my own. I understand Lake Tomahawk ATV/UTV Club cannot assume responsibility or safety for me, my family members or my passengers if I/we participate in any Lake Tomahawk ATV/UTV Club sponsored function. If I/we participate in any Lake Tomahawk ATV/UTV Club event, I/we do so voluntarily on my assessment of the condition of machines and abilities of skills. I further understand that I assume all risks to myself, my passenger and m property and agree to release Lake Tomahawk ATV/UTV Club and to hold harmless all officers, members, and representatives from any liability, loss, damage, costs, claims or lawsuits including but not limited to, bodily injuries and/or death. I/we agree to participate in fund raising events and raffles. All members must be 18 years or older to join the Lake Tomahawk ATV/UTV Club.
