Lake Tomahawk Town Ordinances
REMEMBER each Town and/or County in the State May Have Additional Laws.
- 1 All operators of an ATV/UTV shall possess and have in their possession a valid driver's license.
- 2 All operators of an ATV/UTV shall carry the same liability insurance that is required by Wisconsin to operate a vehicle on Wisconsin roadways and must carry proof of said insurance covering ATV/UTV they are operating with them.
- 3 The allowed hours of operation are 8:00am to 9:00pm
- 4 Lights must be on at all times, and approved hand signals must be used whenever the operator intends to change speed or direction.
- 5 All riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet.
- 6 All ATV/UTV operators shall observe a speed limit of 25mph or the posted speed limit, which ever is less.
- 7 All operators shall ride in single file.
- 8 Never ride on Hwy 47.
